DELIVERY & RETURNS


Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on any pre-order you make on our shoes. At this time we only ship to Canada and USA.

We use Canada Post or FedEx for deliveries. Additional charges may apply for orders larger than two pairs. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred for U.S. customers.

At this time, we only ship within North America. We apologize to our international visitors. Sign-up to our e-newsletter to find out if/when we start to deliver internationally.

All deliveries are tracked and need to be signed by someone at the delivery address provided. You will receive an order confirmation email after an order is placed. Once the order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Returns

We offer full refunds within 15 days of delivery; on the condition that the goods are unworn and in new condition. Soles that are worn, scuffed or marked cannot be returned. Proof of purchase is required.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and or custom fees (U.S. returns) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any other incurred fees will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for anything lost.

Some of our goods are exempt from this policy. Special order (e.g. Limited edition collections) and sale items are exempt from the return policy and are final sale only, no refunds.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges because we do not stock inventory. If the size is not correct, you can pre-order the correct size and wait for the next available shipment delivery date.
